What are your hours of operation?
Our doors, ears and break room are always open (or at least Monday-Friday, from 9am-5pm).
Do you accept insurance?
We currently do not accept insurance
How can I get treatment if I’m not covered by insurance?
We don’t want financial circumstances to keep you from getting the treatment you deserve. If your insurance does not cover your treatment or you prefer to pay out of pocket, we offer very flexible payment options. Our team will work closely with you to set up a payment plan that meets your financial needs, so you can receive your treatment without undue burden. Contact us for more information.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment. We also work with religious leaders who want to provide members of their congregation with an opportunity to receive mental health services.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged the full rate of the session.
